As the founder and driving force behind FV Group Corp., Falina established the company in 2017 with a vision to create a dependable, woman-owned business that delivers high-quality, high-performance flooring systems nationwide.
With a background in accounting and project administration, Falina has overseen multimillion-dollar construction projects and developed a reputation for running tight, efficient operations. Her leadership blends financial precision with a deep understanding of construction logistics—ensuring that every job is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Falina is a proud advocate for diversity in construction and has built FV Group into a certified 100% women-owned company that champions innovation, integrity, and client service. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the resinous flooring and concrete industry, Gammy Figueroa is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and respected experts in the field. From his early days as a flooring applicator to becoming a foreman, superintendent, crew trainer, project manager, and eventually a company leader, Gammy's career has been built on unmatched expertise, integrity, and a relentless commitment to quality.
Gammy has led complex installations across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean including projects in Brazil, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominica, and Jamaica. His deep technical knowledge spans polished concrete, urethane cement, epoxy mortar, MMA systems, and decorative coatings. He is especially known for his ability to evaluate challenging conditions and engineer flooring solutions that meet both performance and compliance standards.
As Technical Director at FV Group, Gammy personally oversees product selection, installer training, and quality assurance—ensuring every floor is built to last and perform under the toughest conditions.
